Anthony Mazzucca

Anthony Mazzucca

Managing Member

After receiving an undergraduate BS degree in accounting from Lehigh University and an MBA in finance from Columbia University, Mr. Mazzucca became a licensed CPA, working for a top accounting firm. Mr. Mazzucca then became Vice President of Lehigh Construction in New Jersey where he developed and built shopping centers and HUD insured apartment projects in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania with a current market value approaching $400 million.

With over 30 years experience in development and construction, this multi-dimensional professional has skillfully interfaced and negotiated with myriad government agencies; architectural, engineering, and environmental firms; contractors; lending institutions; and tenants. Mr. Mazzucca maintains an impressive list of project completions and has achieved a high level of respect from industry colleagues.

Among the many professional societies to which Mr. Mazzucca is affiliated are the ICSC, Manatee and Sarasota FL Chambers of Commerce, two regional opera companies (as past president of both), and Lehigh University Alumni Association (as former class president).

Originally from Orlando, Florida, Chuck has been involved in Real Estate and entrepreneurial endeavors from a very young age.  Chuck earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Real Estate at the University of Central Florida, and prior to graduation, he was recruited by the Centex Corporation, where he was instrumental in the development of various successful projects in the Orlando area.

Over the past decade, Chuck has successfully led numerous retail, office, mixed-use and residential developments.  As part of Blackpoint Development Group, Chuck manages the development initiatives relative to student housing and senior housing, two key areas of the company’s focus.

Since 2009, Chuck has held the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation. His professional affiliations in the community include service with various agencies that focus on children in need.

He has two children, Sam and Maia. Chuck has a passion for travel, and enjoys surfing, wake boarding, snowboarding, and offshore fishing.

David Repka

David Repka

Director of Finance

David Repka developed a passion for investing in commercial real estate (CRE) at an early age. As an 18-year old college Sophomore he bought, renovated and profitably sold a boarded up apartment building in Buffalo, NY that was slated for demolition.

His career to date has been focused on turning what others perceived as problem into profitable investment opportunities. He’s been part of $1+ billion in CRE projects as an investor, developer, financier or advisor.

As part of Blackpoint Development Group, David prides himself on the long-term relationships he has built over his 30-year CRE career. He nurtures profound relationships with other like-minded real estate entrepreneurs that need constant access to compelling investment strategies & the capital to execute on their vision. He is focused on providing innovative debt and equity structures to fund CRE development, construction and value-added projects. He is a nationally recognized speaker who has moderated panels at seven CRE industry conferences.

David is a 1988 Magna Cum Laude graduate of Canisius College in Buffalo, NY earning a BA in Psychology with a minor in Finance. He has lived in Tampa Bay, Florida since 1991 and resides in a sleepy beach community along the Gulf of Mexico with his wife and three daughters.
